Stewards populate their fields

SAP Standard Workflow routes the file to each field owner. Each steward sees only their columns, no noise, no overwrites.

Validation and SAP creation

BRFplus rules validate the complete record. On approval, ZEN creates the material in SAP with all governance rules enforced.

SAP Standard Workflow routing

Once completed, the steward uploads the file, and it automatically routes to the next steward using standard SAP Business workflow.
