A POV deploys SDM against a real subset of your SAP master data, using a limited number of your actual stewardship roles and a set of business rules. No staging environments. No synthetic data. Real governance, real results, in a fixed timeframe.

The customer to pay the POV fee.

It is the value of the application being assessed and not the quality of all the client’s data,  with many client rules set up. It will be 3 standard pre-defined rules that the client can enhance, standard report settings and 2 Data Steward Roles.

Scope alignment

We agree on the object, the field set, and the stewardship roles to configure.

SDM deployment

SDM is installed in your SAP environment via standard transport. Field controls and rules are configured.

Exception analysis

SDM runs against your live data, generating your first Data Quality Dashboard and showing real exception volume.

Handover

You receive documentation and the deployment stays in place. You decide whether to proceed.
